Contacting us does not create a booking. Work is only agreed once the job, the access arrangements and the cost basis have been confirmed with you directly.

Attendance

No arrival time, response time or availability is guaranteed anywhere on this website. If a job cannot be taken on, you will be told promptly so you can arrange alternatives.

Charges

Charges are explained before attendance is agreed. Additional work or parts are agreed with you before being carried out or fitted.

Scope of work

Only emergency plumbing and electrical work is offered. Building work, plastering, decorating and general property repairs are not carried out, and gas appliance work is not offered.
