Emergency call-out £70
Phone is fastest. WhatsApp is better when you can photograph the leak or the fuse board.
Send photographs and your postcode to 07840 597243 on WhatsApp.
Email suits quotes, invoices and landlord paperwork. If water is running or the power is off, ring us instead. The call-out is £70 and we confirm the charge before we set off.
What to tell us
- Postcode, and the flat or block number if it is a communal building
- What happened and when it started
- Whether the stopcock or the circuit has already been switched off
- A photo of the leak, or of the fuse board with the tripped switch showing
