What we collect
When you call, send a WhatsApp message, email us or use the emergency assistant, we may receive your name, telephone number, property address or postcode, a description of the problem and any photographs you choose to send.
Why we use it
Solely to assess your enquiry, respond to you, carry out any agreed work and keep a record of that work. Your details are not sold or used for unrelated marketing.
Messaging services
WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy terms. Telephone calls may be recorded only where you are told so at the time.
Your rights
