What can change the price
- Access. A boxed-in pipe run, a bath panel screwed to tile, or a communal cupboard the caretaker has to open all add time.
- Finding it. A visible drip is quick. Tracing a leak that only shows on the ceiling below, or a trip that happens once a day, takes longer.
- Parts. Standard fittings we usually carry. Anything obsolete or non-standard has to be sourced and is quoted first.
