No fixed emergency prices are published on this website, because a price given before the job is seen is a guess. Here is exactly what the cost depends on.

| Call-out | Covers attending and diagnosing the fault. Confirmed to you before attendance is agreed. |
| Time of day | Weekday, evening, weekend and bank-holiday work are charged differently. |
| Labour | Charged by time on site once the fault is known and the repair is agreed with you. |
| Parts | Itemised and agreed with you before anything is fitted. |
| Access and parking | Any unavoidable costs such as parking or congestion charges are told to you upfront. |

Anything beyond the agreed repair is explained and priced with you first. If the job cannot be taken on, you are told straight away.
