About KLES Home Rescue

What we do

KLES Home Rescue takes emergency plumbing and electrical work only. A burst flexible tap connector under a sink, a ballofix valve that has seized so the water cannot be isolated, an RCD that trips every time the immersion heater comes on, a shower pull-cord switch that has burnt out. That is the kind of job we come out for.

How it works

Call us, or send a WhatsApp message with photos and your postcode. We tell you the charge before we set off — the call-out is £70. We find the fault, tell you what the repair costs, and wait for you to agree before we carry on.

No additional work begins until the problem has been assessed and you have agreed the work and the cost.

What we do not do

No building work, plastering, decorating or general property repairs. No gas: we do not touch boilers or gas appliances. Where a leak has stained a ceiling, we stop the leak and leave the drying and making good to you or your insurer.

Credentials

We will not claim anything we cannot show you. If you would like to see proof of qualifications or insurance before any work begins, ask on the phone or on WhatsApp and we will show you the paperwork.
