Attendance depends on the job, the location and current workload, so we will not guess. Call or send a WhatsApp message and you will be told honestly whether the work can be taken on and when.

What does a call-out cost?

Charges depend on the type of work, the time of day and what the job involves. Costs are explained to you before any attendance is agreed, so you are never committed to an unknown figure.

What should I do while I wait?

If it is safe to do so, isolate the supply: the internal stopcock for water, or the consumer unit for electrics. If there is fire, smoke, the smell of gas, or exposed live parts, leave the property and contact the emergency services on 999.

Do you carry out gas work?

No. Gas appliance work is not offered on this website. Gas emergencies should be reported to the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999.

Can I send photographs?

Yes, and it helps. Photographs of the leak, fuse board or damaged area through WhatsApp mean the problem can be understood before anyone travels.
